Warmth & stillness meet durability and functionality on Stay (2024), a duplex designed for short term accommodation in Jindabyne NSW. This project includes 2x mass timber volumetric bathroom pods, designed and built by yours truly.

A new benchmark for sustainable alpine accommodation.
Stay is a refined mass timber duplex set against the breathtaking backdrop of Jindabyne. Designed for short-term stays, this project redefines low-carbon luxury with Australian-grown and engineered timber at its core.
Every element of Stay is built for quality and comfort. The structure features precision-crafted mass timber, creating a serene interior that feels impossibly still—an atmosphere of quiet unlike anything else. Stay is also home to Australia's first mass timber volumetric bathroom pods, pushing the boundaries of offsite construction for efficiency and performance.
Built to endure alpine conditions while maintaining a light environmental footprint, Stay is proof that sustainability and sophistication go hand in hand.

“Working with Brother Nature to design and build our CLT Duplex was an excellent experience from start to finish. We are absolutely thrilled with the results! Their end-to-end service perfectly suited our needs for this investment property in the Snowy Mountains, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. We were particularly impressed by the sustainability elements they brought to the project, which we believe adds great value and a point of difference. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a stress-free and professional project.”
